The utilisation of established public sector frameworks allows access to all our services, through efficient OJEU compliant routes, without the need for costly tendering processes.

NOE Commercial Procurement Collaborative NHS Framework
A “one-stop shop” public sector framework enabling the direct appointment of architecture and design services across the UK. The framework has been established on behalf of NHS Procurement in Partnership (NHS PiP), and is flexible, fast and simple
to use.
This Consultancy and Associated Services framework is available for use by any UK public sector body including NHS Trusts, Local Authorities, Central Government, Education and Blue Light.
CCS DPS
This framework enables public sector organisations and central government across the UK to procure consultancy expertise for professional and technical construction services for all forms of construction, including (but not limited to) new builds, refurbishments, regeneration of buildings, towns, cities and urban areas, maintenance works and alterations and extensions of buildings.
Our services offered through this DPS include: architectural and design services (design of buildings, spaces and infrastructure) as well as building surveying and consultancy services.
Procure Partnerships Framework
Open to all public sector bodies across the UK, with no fee to access the framework.
We can be appointed for architectural services across all 11 regions throughout England and Wales, as well as for building surveying services across North West, Yorkshire, South East and South West.
The Framework can be used for Design and Build, or Build Only projects, with two-stage mini-competition, single-stage competitive tender, or direct award.
LHC CS1 Consultancy Services Framework
LHC is free-to-use for local authorities, social landlords and other public sector bodies to procure services for the construction, refurbishment and maintenance of social housing and public buildings. The framework includes:
- SPA – Scottish Procurement Alliance (Scotland)
- CPC – Consortium Procurement Construction (North and Central England)
- WPA – Welsh Procurement Alliance (Wales)
- LHC – LHC Procurement Hub (London and South East England)
- SWPA – South West Procurement Alliance (South West England)
The LHC Hub frameworks ensures more efficient, cost effect methods of building, refurbishing and maintaining property for local communities.
Procurement Assist – Consultant Support (New Build Developments) DPS
A national Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) open to all public sector organisations including, (but not limited to), NHS bodies, local authorities, charities, emergency services, housing providers and universities, colleges and schools, across the UK.
We are appointed to the category 1 specialist consultants lot for a range of our services including architecture.
Cardiff Council Property Consultancy DPS (formally NPS - PS-96-19)
Over 73 public sector organisations in Wales have committed to use the DPS including all local authorities, NHS bodies, Welsh Government and Welsh Government sponsored bodies, the police and fire services and universities and further education colleges.
We have been appointed to the architecture and multi-disciplinary lots across the whole of Wales.
Re:allies Framework
Re:allies is a not-for-profit national partnership that provides smart procurement and asset management for social housing landlords, covering over 30% of social housing in the UK.
We are appointed on four lots: Lot 3 Stock Condition and Building Surveyor, Lot 4 Principal Designer, Lot 6 Architectural Services and Lot 11 Multidisciplinary Services.
Bloom
We are an accredited Bloom supplier so any member or associate member of the North East Procurement Organisation (NEPO) can request a quotation for our services via Bloom for architectural services.

EN:Procure Consultancy Services Framework
A public sector framework allowing direct appointment of multidisciplinary, building surveying, architectural, principal designer and employer’s agent and quantity surveying services.
We can be appointed in the Yorkshire and Humberside and North West regions either through further competition or direct award.
SWPA (South West Procurement Alliance) Consultants H1 WS1 Framework
This framework assists the government’s target of building 300,000 homes every year. The framework supports the provision of new build housing projects, including, individual houses, residential blocks (low, medium and high rise), apartments, sheltered accommodation, care homes, student accommodation as well as office buildings, community halls, schools, colleges, universities, sports facilities and other properties owned or managed by a public body.
We are as supplier on the combined services lot, multi-disciplinary services, covering RIBA stages 0-7.
SWPA is part of the LHC Group.
South East Wales Technical and Professional Services (SEWTAPS) Framework
The SEWTAPS framework was put in place by the public sector, for the public sector and is open to all contracting authorities throughout the UK including central Government departments, non-departmental public bodies, NHS bodies and location authorities.
We are appointed on two lots - Lot 1 Multidisciplinary and Lot 10 Masterplanning & Urban Design. We can be appointed by direct award or mini-competition.
South East Consortium Consultancy Services Framework
We are appointed on Lot 6 Architecture of the South East Consortium (SEC) Consultancy Services Framework, covering RIBA stages 0-7.
We can be appointed via direct award or mini-competition for architectural services across all areas of London and the South East. The South East Consortium (SEC) framework is open to all UK public sector bodies, including housing associations, local authorities, universities and NHS bodies.
SPA (Scottish Procurement Alliance) Consultancy Services CS1 Framework
The SPA Consultancy Services Framework is an efficient procurement route for local authorities and other public sector bodies.
It applies to all public sector projects from schools and colleges, universities, residential, civic and community. It ensures buyers get best value for money from suppliers.
SPA is part of the LHC Group.
LHC (London and South East Procurement) Multi-Dis Consultancy Framework (MDC1)
We are part of over 250 appointed companies, supplying over £160m of works, goods and services to public projects throughout the London and South East.
It provides local authorities, social landlords, councils, boards and trusts an efficient procurement route for a range of consultancy services.
CPC (Consortium Procurement Construction) Multi-Dis Consultancy Services (MDC1)
CPC focuses on building, refurbishing and maintaining social housing and public property more efficiently and cost effectively.
Suitable for public sector refurbishment and new build projects of all sizes, organisations can access pre-approved suppliers to achieve a compliant asset management regime across a range of buildings.
CPC is part of the LHC Group.
Network Rail Project Delivery Services Framework
The Network Rail Project Delivery Services Framework is aimed at building services, structural design services, project management services, cost consultancy services and architect services.
It is split into 6 lots and we can be called off under Lot 6 Architects (Projects). This includes architectural services (medium to larger scale requirements) > £100k on Network Rail owned property including stations, development sites, railway arches for retail, office and commercial use.
WPA Construction Consultancy Wales Framework (H1 WS1)
We are appointed for the combined services lots across all regions - South, Mid and North Wales, supplying multi-disciplinary services, to cover the full range of RIBA stages 0-7.
The framework supports building projects from site find, survey and feasibility through to design, project management and completion across Wales.
We are able to be appointed via direct award or mini competition and this framework is suitable for use by all publicly funded bodies throughout Wales, fully compliant with all Welsh, UK and European Public Procurement regulations.
CLEAR Futures
CLEAR Futures is a procurement and delivery framework that is used for developing long-term solutions to sustainability challenges and presents an effective way to combine and co-ordinate resources between the public and private sectors.
We are a supplier on the tier 2 consultants supply chain pool, covering a range of our services including architecture, interior design, sustainability advisor, landscape architecture/design.
CLEAR Futures is open to all UK public sector bodies.
Pagabo Professional Services in Construction and Premises Framework
A simple, flexible and fully compliant framework open to all organisations from across the public sector to private sector businesses, looking to procure consultants for a construction or development project.
We are appointed to Lot 5 building surveying services in the South West region.
Rise Construction Framework

YORconsult2
We are appointed on the architectural, multi-disciplinary and building surveying lots for this framework. We have been through a rigorous tender process, using a combination of price and quality measures.
YORconsult2 provides a vehicle for virtually any public-sector organisation, including charities, to procure professional services for construction projects across the North East of England, Yorkshire, Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire.
ProcurePublic Framework
Open to all public sector bodies across the UK, we can be appointed via four lots under the Central and Cecil Housing Building Consultancy Services Framework.
The lots include: Lot 3 Decarbonisation and Retrofit Advisors, Lot 4 Contract Administrator and Project Managers, Lot 5 Architect and Landscape Architect, and Lot 7 Principal Designer.
We can be appointed directly or via mini competition for the duration of this framework, which runs for four years and commenced in July 2023.

We are appointed to the national Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) which is open to all public sector organisations. The DPS offers mini competition routes for the provision of professional construction management services on new build developments and major projects.
We are appointed to the category 1b architects, 1c building surveys and 1f principal designer CDM.
Prosper Design and Consultancy Services Framework
A multi-supplier, multi-lot framework for design and consultancy services across the UK. It is open to Prosper members and public sector bodies for direct award or mini competition, covering small to large scale projects.
We are appointed to lot 2 architectural services for Northern Ireland and lot 7 principal designer for the North, Central, South East, South Wales, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland regional sub-lots.
