Cheshire East Council framework appointment for building consultancy

Cheshire East Council is the third largest unitary authority in the North West, next to Manchester and Liverpool, covering an area of 1,165 m².

The framework will deliver construction related professional services to all internal departments and organisations associated with the council, as well as to wholly owned companies, schools, academies, and parish and town councils.

We have been appointed to Lot 5 for building surveying services. This covers a variety of surveys including dilapidation, party wall, measured and condition surveys, as well as boundary disputes. We have also been appointed to Lot 7 for CDM advisor services.

Director, Samantha Smith, will oversee the framework commission for the duration of the contract which runs until November 2026. She leads our building consultancy teams in Manchester and is an expert in managing a range of projects across a wide range of sectors.

We are looking forward to working with the council to provide the appointed services on some of their upcoming projects.
