High quality residential development receives planning permission
by AHR
We are delighted to reveal that planning permission has been granted for City Place, our canal-side residential development in Chester which will breathe new life into its prime location.
Overlooking the Shropshire Union Canal, the seven storey scheme will provide high quality living, with the city on its doorstep. Residents will live well and forge connections in this stylish, affordable and community driven scheme.
Our design includes a mixture of one and two bedroom apartments, comprising a total of 133 new homes in the heart of the city centre. Attractive and convenient canal-side public realm will also help to encourage residents to consider more environmentally friendly methods of moving around the area.
