In this episode, regional director Simon Lamprell and senior interior designer Jenny Flower discuss our recently completed refurbishment of the historic Chatwin Building on Birmingham’s Colmore Row.
The pair reflect on the project’s journey, highlighting the steps taken to sensitively repurpose the Grade II listed building into a modern office, whilst preserving its rich heritage. Jenny takes us through the innovative interior design elements that were used to seamlessly blend the old with the new.
Despite the challenges of reusing an existing building, they share stories of these obstacles and the innovative solutions applied to shape the building into the iconic office it stands as today.
