Designed with residents’ needs at the heart, the project comprises of 68 mixed tenure and affordable new flats and townhouses, a community centre, nursery and landscaped residents’ courtyard.

Designed to meet local housing need, giving the community who has been priced out of the local market the ability to remain where they work, live or have grown up in.

Designed with a tenure blind approach, this transformative project provides a mixture of much-needed apartments and townhouses, spread across three character areas – Riverside, Marshgate Drive and Mead Lane. 

This development for Southern Housing Group will provide 200 much-needed family homes in a green, nature-led masterplan, which also includes a new primary school and country park.

Our mixed use development in Hampton Hill will create more job opportunities, offer affordable and attractive housing and enhance the look and feel of the area with 100 high quality places to live and commercial space.

In response to the current housing crisis, our mixed use residential development in London provides 2,000 affordable family homes alongside a new neighbourhood of public spaces. 

Through contextual and sustainable design, this project provides 205 homes designed to enhance the lives of the residents, whilst also addressing the need for more outdoor family space in the city. 

Formally Plaistow Hospital, we reused the existing buildings as key landmarks and added new homes to create a cohesive masterplan. Stitching new and old together to create a harmonious neighbourhood with a strong sense of place, purpose and belonging.
