We are delighted that our talented team's expertise across the full spectrum of size and scale in ten sectors has been recognised by being shortlisted for Architectural Practice of the Year and Commercial Development of the Year.

Instrumental in the region’s growth

Recognising how we live and work continues to evolve and the impact this is having on the existing building stock - we have been actively engaged in the regeneration and revitalisation of local cities and towns.

We have been actively engaged with the more challenging local projects that include our existing building stock. Creating innovative solutions through retrofit and repurposing to create a more vibrant, thriving and sustainable area, whilst retaining the heritage assets that makes the West Midlands unique and special.

Prioritising sustainable design and ensuring West Midlands remains a thriving and prosperous place to live, learn, work, invest and grow.

This major hospital project, now known as the ‘Hospitals Transformation Programme’ (HTP) will revolutionise healthcare in the region, providing state of the art medical facilities and cutting-edge technology in a patient-focussed environment.

Key part of the jigsaw in Lichfield’s future regeneration

Kick starting wider city centre regeneration, our repurposing of the vacant Debenhams store will provide a cinema, food and beverage and leisure facilities, as well as a top floor restaurant with roof terrace facing out onto a new public square.

Grade II listed office reimagined for the modern worker

The refurbishment and extension of the Grade II listed 81 Colmore Row breathes new life into the office building. We repurposed the building to provide more lettable floorspace and modern amenities, whilst sensitively preserving its historic attributes.

Commercial Development of the Year

We’re extremely proud that the Chatwin Building, 81 Colmore Row has been recognised for its commercial success, reimaging the Grade II listed building for the modern worker.

Repurposing the building we provided high quality lettable floorspace, modern amenities and a ground floor fine-dining restaurant, whilst sensitively preserving the building’s historic attributes.
