New framework appointment for our building consultancy team

We are delighted to have been appointed to Kemnal Academies Trust’s (TKAT) framework for the provision of asset management services.
We have been appointed to Lot 1 Property Consultants on this 4-year framework which will see refurbishment work delivered across TKAT’s academies.
TKAT is one of the largest multi-academies trusts in the south and east of England, with 15 secondary and 30 primary academies across London, Essex, Surrey, Hampshire, East Sussex and West Sussex.

DirectorLot 1 of the framework involves the coordination and management of numerous building and construction activities, specification and appointment of principal contractors. We are looking forward to working with the Kemnal Academies Trust’s team throughout the duration of this framework, which will run until 30th June 2026.
Director, Tom Murphy, will oversee the framework commission for the duration of the contract. He heads up our building consultancy teams in Bristol and London and is an expert in managing a range of projects, including extensive experience in delivering successful schools and academies.
