With over two decades of experience, Mel has excelled in senior roles, where she has been instrumental in shaping business development strategies and fostering client engagement. Her expertise spans sectors such as healthcare, technology and industrial and sports, leisure and hospitality, driving growth and creating lasting value.
Mel combines her expert knowledge with a naturally outgoing and charismatic approach, enabling her to build strong relationships with a diverse range of clients, including local authorities, developers, contractors and consultants. She has also led targeted marketing and social media campaigns, organised impactful events to enhance engagement and fostered internal growth by empowering teams to actively contribute to development initiatives.
Her deep understanding of client needs and local markets positions her perfectly to champion our collective services and cultivate impactful partnerships.
Outside of the office, Mel’s time is spent watching her children play various sports, mainly football on Saturdays and Sunday. She also enjoys exploring new restaurants and spending quality time with family and friends.
