Committed to delivering exceptional projects, associate director Philip Lee is an invaluable member of our Midlands team. A highly skilled architect with over 25 years of experience, Philip has designed, planned and overseen a variety of projects across diverse sectors.
I thrive on variety and believe that working across different project types fosters innovation and fresh perspectives.
Philip’s career is defined by his ability to balance creativity with practicality. His extensive knowledge of CDM regulations and the latest in sustainable building practices ensures every project he leads is compliant, safe and efficient.
Whether working on a single building or a multi-phase development, Philip is adept at navigating complex challenges and finding solutions that elevate the final outcome.
Over his career, Philip has honed his expertise across a wide range of sectors, including residential, healthcare, universities and civic and community. From initial concept to final delivery, he values collaboration with clients, contractors and consultants, ensuring each project maintains its design integrity and delivers on time and within budget.
Sustainability is at the heart of his work. Philip is particularly passionate about reimagining underutilised spaces to create new opportunities for vibrant, sustainable communities. His work in urban regeneration exemplifies his ability to blend modern innovation with sensitivity to heritage and context, breathing new life into buildings while preserving their character.
Philip also brings a forward-thinking approach to residential architecture, exploring ways to integrate energy-efficient systems and environmentally friendly materials.
Outside of work, Philip keeps busy combining his passion for photography and Cathedrals.
