With a wealth of experience across diverse projects, associate Richard Ward plays a vital role in shaping the success of our portfolio. He oversees the pre-construction and construction phases, ensuring every project is delivered to the highest standard and with care at every stage.
Design is more than just a solution—it’s about creating spaces that are practical, purposeful and enrich the lives of those who use them.
Richard brings a thoughtful and proactive approach to every challenge, combining his technical expertise with a dedication to problem-solving. His portfolio showcases his versatility and skill, including leading roles in the delivery of projects across multiple sectors.
A strong advocate for innovation, Richard is a champion of BIM tools, using them to streamline project delivery and foster collaboration among teams. His deep technical knowledge, combined with a friendly and collaborative mindset, ensures every project he is a part of is managed with care, precision and a focus on meeting the unique needs of our clients.
In his spare time, Richard is a keen footballer and has just started coaching his youngest son’s Grassroots football team, subsequently taking on the FA coaching course to gain further football coaching badges. He is also an avid rugby fan and enjoys attending the Principality Stadium in Cardiff to watch the Welsh Rugby Team play.
