Associate Steve O’Sullivan brings to AHR over two decades of experience in the profession. He has seen the practice flourish, developing meaningful relationships with colleagues and the people he works with along the way.
I am proud to work alongside a talented team at AHR. Our collective expertise, insights and shared experience enable us to consistently deliver positive and meaningful places for people.
Based in our Bristol office, Steve has worked across a range of innovative and sustainable projects. His experience spans a wide variety of sectors, including office and workplace, mixed use and civic and community. More notably, he has worked on a number of large-scale commercial schemes, having been involved in major masterplanning projects.
Committed to bringing buildings back to life, Steve has also been involved in regenerating and repurposing existing spaces, including the transformation of a former car park into new business units. He has extensive knowledge and expertise in designing buildings that meet the BREEAM Excellent standards, demonstrating his focus on sustainability and environmental considerations.
Steve is often recognised for his skill in collaborative work with clients and construction teams, helping to transform a shared vision into reality. He is also a mentor to junior members within the practice, embracing the opportunity to share his knowledge, experience and enthusiasm for projects with his colleagues.
