Revitalising an industrial site to bring much needed affordable housing
Transforming an existing brownfield site, Bilton Road provides 105 affordable homes to support a growing neighbourhood.
The regenerative development includes three apartment blocks, designed at different levels to integrate seamlessly into the surrounding area close to the Grand Union Canal.
Previously used for light industrial purposes, the site, which was landlocked with predominantly residential homes surrounding it, had fallen into a state of disrepair and was no longer fit for purpose.
The new apartments bring the space back to life, addressing the demand for more local housing and giving residents access to everything within walking distance.
