Refurbishing and improving courts and tribunal facilities across the UK
Our building consultancy team is providing Principal Designer services as EQUANS’ preferred supplier on the national HMCTS (Her Majesty’s Courts and Tribunal Service) Framework. The framework covers 367 properties relating to the courts and tribunal services across the UK.
We provide services for a range of refurbishment and improvement works, including general refurbishment and reconfigurations, WC refurbishments, and office fit-outs. We also undertake boiler replacements, fire alarm upgrades, roofing works, CCTV upgrades, improvements to access controls, and window replacement schemes.
Our team also provides wider building consultancy services on an ad-hoc basis, including condition surveys and feasibility studies.
Many of the works require quick turnarounds and response times, which our team has supported EQUANS to achieve. We have also managed the impact of Covid-19 on sites, ensuring that projects continued to run safely.
