Inspiring future student intake with a brand-new classroom block
We have been working with St John Plessington Catholic College in Bebington, and the wider Diocese of Shrewsbury for several years, developing and maintaining the school buildings and environment to support learning.
St John Plessington Catholic College had filled all student places and was at capacity. The new classroom block increased space for students and provided the College with modern learning environments.
We provided lead consultant, principal designer, and contract administration services for the development of a new two-storey teaching block, built on the existing outdoor circulation and playground space.
The new £2m teaching block has eight classrooms, with self-study spaces, offices, a lift for access, and toilets, providing enough space to accommodate larger student numbers.
Throughout the construction of the teaching block, we worked closely with the College to minimise disruption and ensure that the College’s needs and goals were fulfilled.
