Helping to shape a sense of place for the residents of Telford
This transformative project marks a significant milestone in the regeneration of Telford Town Centre. Our vision is to create a vibrant and sustainable urban space that enhances connectivity, provides high quality housing and commercial opportunities and introduces new public spaces for residents and visitors.
We developed the masterplan and architectural design for the residential elements of the site which we took through to planning consent. Our approach introduced a varied mix of contemporary housing types, including back to back dwellings, townhouses and apartments, arranged within a landscaped, pedestrian-priority environment with a central garden space designed to foster a sense of community and belonging.
We are now delivering the apartment building which encompasses 84 new homes, including a mixture of low-carbon apartments and townhouses available for private rent.
Our design concept integrates modern, comfortable residential schemes that reflect Telford’s industrial heritage while setting a new benchmark for housing standards.
In line with our sustainability commitments, the project incorporates locally sourced materials, such as brick, and features renewable energy technologies, including solar photovoltaic panels.
The project is a real catalyst for Telford’s growth and regeneration, and we’re excited to play a key role in bringing this vision to life.”
