Stervon House
Salford, UK
project overview
Student living to support wider local regeneration
Taking the place of a disused industrial estate, Stervon House provides much needed student accommodation and positively contributes to the wider regeneration of the area.
Catering for a range of student needs, the development offers 412 beds across a range of cluster flats, studios, and two- and three-bedroom apartments.
The variety of spaces ensures student wellbeing is prioritised. Whether for a time of reflection or an opportunity to build meaningful connections, comfortable communal areas and rooftop gardens place community at the heart.
Encouraging a more active and healthier lifestyle, the accommodation will also include 288 cycle parking spaces as well as a communal gym.
