Store Street
Manchester, UK
project overview
A new affordable residential offering with excellent connections to the city
To be delivered in partnership with Bloc and Canal & River Trust, Store Street is our affordable housing scheme for Clarion Housing Group which will provide a significant contribution to the Piccadilly Village regeneration area.
Delivering 63 homes in total, the development will provide a mixture of one and two-bedroom apartments and two-bedroom townhouses, supporting Manchester’s growth by offering a unique, affordable place to live.
To better integrate with its surrounding, the development makes the most of its location on the canal facing side by reflecting the iconic, Grade II listed Store Street aqueduct in its design, whilst the street facing side boasts a contemporary look and feel to attract a new community of people.
Providing an enjoyable, relaxing and attractive setting for residents, the sociable roof terrace will integrate an abundance of greenery and plants and enjoy views over the surrounding water.
