project overview

Thoughtfully designed workspace helping to increase local employment opportunities

Our vibrant and innovative industrial workspace in Bristol supports the region’s growing local small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), offering up to 16 high quality units, split across three separate blocks.

The flexible workspace is designed to support start-ups and growing businesses across various sectors, including creative industries, light manufacturing, engineering, construction and hospitality.

To improve collaboration opportunities within a dynamic and diverse environment, the scheme sits next to Hawkfield Business Park, home to the Bottle Yard Film Studios, which we also designed.

Fostering innovation and economic growth, Whitchurch Enterprise Park aligns with ongoing investments by the West of England Combined Authority to accelerate digital transformation in the region.

design concept

Providing flexibility and adaptability for tenants

To accommodate future expansion or changes in use, the units are designed with adaptability in mind, with features that enable easy customisation if required. These include removable internal walls and the potential to add mezzanine levels, offering the option to reconfigure units should a business’ needs change or grow.

Contributing to a healthier, more pleasant workplace that places wellbeing and productivity at the fore, each unit design benefits from a large open structure, allowing in plenty of natural light and air.

It’s colourful, bright design gives this scheme a bold and characterful identify within the local area, and is even known to have been spotted from planes flying over the area.
